Anti Ragging Cell

The Anti Ragging cell of Mother Teresa Women’s University was set up with the objective to monitor incidents of ragging in the institute or by the students of this university. The cell constitutes of members from the academic staff and student representatives. One student from the first year and one student from the second year of each department are the student members of this committee. Periodic meetings are conducted by the committee and for all students to find whether any incidents of ragging have been reported by the freshers. Meetings are also conducted to orient the students that ragging is a punishable offence and the university does not entertain ragging.
